When will my custom order ship?

"Good things take time, great things take a little longer..."

Each Duogram pendant is custom-crafted and hand-finished within 3-4 weeks.

After your order is submitted, the process of creation includes:
3D design ⇨ Wax Casting  ⇨ Plating (Gold Plated) ⇨ Polishing ⇨ Hand Finishing & Packing ⇨ Delivery

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our studio in California.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If this occurs, we will do our best to sort this out right away.
Please check your order details to ensure that the order was placed correctly with the customization that you chose.

Please contact us at support@duogram.shop with your order number and a picture of the incorrect item.

We'll send you a replacement item as quickly as we can.

I changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel your current order, please make sure to get in touch with us within 24 hours.

Once your order has been submitted, we process it immediately. Due to the nature of these orders and the work invested in creating these one-of-a-kind pendants, if you would like to cancel or return a custom design, the restocking fee is 30% percent of the total amount of the item.
